Returns are accepted within 14 days of purchase (exceptions apply). To qualify for return, the item must be in its original condition and packaging.

Even though plated / stainless steel jewellery doesn’t lose color by the contact with water if you wish to save its original condition for a long time you are advised to:

  • Limit its exposure to various liquids and clean it shortly after if that happened.
  • Don’t scratch or rub the piece.
  • Avoid any harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners.
  • Put on the jewels last to avoid direct contact with the perfumes, lotions, and hair products.
