Return

Although we hope you love what you've purchased, sometimes it doesn't work out. If you are not fully satisfied with your order, you may return the items to us within 14 days of your parcel being delivered, provided that items are in their original condition.

Earrings & piercing jewellery are non-returnable unless faulty.

- Please return items in their original condition with the tags attached for a full refund (excluding our shipping costs).

International orders

International customers will also be required to pay for postage including any duties / taxes to return items back to us and will need to contact your local postal services to make these arrangements.

- Make sure to declare your returning package as a return at the Post Office. We do not pick up returns with VAT or customs charges. If you are unsure how to declare your return/defect item please contact us before returning your item.

How do I make a return?

If you need to return an item, please contact us and we will provide you with the details and address to send the item back to.

Can I return Earrings?

In the interest of hygiene and safety, we do not accept returns or refunds on pierced earrings.
 

Refund

Once your return is received at the warehouse, your refund will be processed. All refunds automatically go back to your original method of payment. It can take up to 15 working days to see a refund on your statement. Please note, outbound shipping cost is not included within your return total.

If an item is returned because of a complaint it will be repaired or exchanged for a new product, at no extra cost. If you want to make a complaint, please contact us with pictures of the defect. Konatsu does not replace damages that are caused by improper use (please read our care instructions), loss, or accidents.
