Delivery
All orders are shipped from the UK via Evri or Royal Mail services. UK orders are scanned on delivery. International shipping is tracked and signed where these services are available.
Domestic (UK) delivery
Free shipping on all orders over £15 otherwise £2.00
Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be dispatched on the following Monday.
Every product is carefully wrapped before being posted to you to ensure it arrives in perfect condition.
- You cannot specify the date and time. Redelivery can be specified on the date and time.
- We do not take responsibility for orders left outside the address when the customer is not in to sign for them.
- Please note that compensation service is not included. In addition, we are not responsible for any loss of products.
- Please note that re-delivery will be charged if the item is returned to an unknown address.
- During peak times (public holidays, promotions, Black Friday & Christmas) orders may take slightly longer to reach you than the time frames listed above.
International Delivery
We ship worldwide (excluding restricted countries listed below) using Royal Mail International Tracked or Express International Tracked services.
- Tracking: All international orders include tracking. You will receive your tracking number by email once dispatched.
- Costs: Shipping fees depend on order size and destination. The total cost is displayed at checkout after entering your address.
- Dispatch: Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
- Customs & Taxes: International customers are responsible for any customs duties, VAT, or import fees charged by their country upon delivery. These costs are not included in our prices.
- Delays: Delivery times vary by destination and may be affected by customs clearance or local postal services. We cannot be held responsible for delays outside our control.
- Order Amendments: Once an international order is placed, it cannot be cancelled or modified.
Countries we do not ship to: Afghanistan, Azerbaijan, Armenia, Belarus, Burma (Myanmar), China, Democratic Republic of Congo, Egypt, Eritrea, Republic of Guinea (Conakry), Guinea-Bissau, Haiti, Iran, Iraq, Ivory Coast, North Korea, Lebanon, Liberia, Libya, Russia, Sierra Leone, Somalia, South Sudan, Sudan, Syria, Tunisia, Ukraine (Crimea/Sebastopol), and Zimbabwe.
Split Shipments
If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped separately. If any item is unavailable after you place your order, we will contact you to arrange a refund or alternative.
What happens if I don’t pick up my package?
The package is located at a pickup point for 14 days before it gets returned to us. Once we have received your parcel you will receive an email with a return confirmation. For all packages that are not collected, you will be charged for the shipping cost, as well as return shipping.
