All orders are shipped from the UK via Evri or Royal Mail services. UK orders are scanned on delivery. International shipping is tracked and signed where these services are available.

Domestic (UK) delivery

Free shipping on all orders over £10 otherwise £2.00
We dispatch all orders placed before 3pm the same day Monday to Friday.
Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be dispatched on the following Monday.
Every product is carefully wrapped before being posted to you to ensure it arrives in perfect condition.
 
- You cannot specify the date and time. Redelivery can be specified on the date and time.
- We do not take responsibility for orders left outside the address when the customer is not in to sign for them.
- Please note that compensation service is not included. In addition, we are not responsible for any loss of products.
- Please note that re-delivery will be charged if the item is returned to an unknown address. 

- During peak times (public holidays, promotions, Black Friday & Christmas) orders may take slightly longer to reach you than the time frames listed above.

International Delivery

We also accept orders overseas. We offer either Standard or Express Shipping methods. 
Both shipping types are tracked, and you will be provided with the tracking number after your order has been dispatched. The shipping fee will be charged according to the order content and delivery area, and the shipping fee will be displayed after entering the address on the payment screen. After confirming your order, we will ship it within 1-3 business days.

We will send you a shipping notification email when the product has been shipped. If your order is divided into multiple items, the shipping date may differ depending on the product even if the order date is the same day. If the product cannot be delivered due to being out of stock, etc., we will contact you. If the estimated shipping date differs from the content described in this item depending on the product, it will be described on each product page.
Any customs charges applicable will be your responsibility to pay.

- Currently we don't ship to: Afghanistan, Azerbaijan, Armenia, Belarus, Burma (Myanmar), China, Democratic Republic of Congo, Egypt, Eritrea, Republic of Guinea (Conakry), Guinea- Bissau, Haiti, Iran, Iraq, Ivory Coast, North Korea, Lebanon, Liberia, Libya, Russia, Sierra Leone, Somalia, South Sudan, Sudan, Syria, Tunisia, Ukraine (Crimea/Sebastopol) and Zimbabwe.
- We do not cover duties or taxes on international orders.
- Once you have placed an order, we are unable to cancel this or make any amendments.
- Orders are processed Monday-Friday, excluding UK Bank Holidays.
- Next Day Delivery is not 100% guaranteed and we cannot be held accountable for late deliveries that are outside of our control. Orders must be place before 2pm GMT.

What happens if I don’t pick up my package?

The package is located at a pickup point for 14 days before it gets returned to us. Once we have received your parcel you will receive an email with a return confirmation. For all packages that are not collected, you will be charged for the shipping cost, as well as return shipping.
